Let's start with Gratitude. I am grateful to have the opportunity to share what has helped me with others. I am feeling pulled to share more; hence this new blog where I will be sharing the "Featured Take 5" Stretch & Breath Break of the Month - this allows me to share a video from the Take 5 member library to non-members for FREE to give you a taste of what taking 5 minutes away from all "the stuff" can do for you.
I'll also be sharing tips, techniques and events all with the intent of furthering my mission: to help others find their capacity to heal by taking their power back from anxiety and its associated effects.
Maybe you don't have "anxiety" but if you experience any of it's associated effects (aka symptoms) such as neck & shoulder tension, sleep disturbances, digestive issues, fatigue, irritability, restlessness, dizziness and my least favorite brain fog then you will want to stay subscribed. If none of this resonates then you'll likely want to unsubscribe.
The 1st featured Take 5 Stretch & Breath Break available to non-members is Gratitude - you can do this at your desk, on the couch or anywhere else, I encourage you to close your eyes (unless you are driving).
Gratitude is one of the first ways I started to "take care of myself" after a nervous breakdown eight years ago. I had to start small; stating one thing I was grateful for each day. Today about 79,000,000 results (0.57 seconds) turn up on Google when I searched for "gratitude impact on health". Study after study showing positive effects. Let's give it a try.

New Work Team Plans!
There are a variety of new Work Team plans to choose from - a great way to help your work team feel More Relaxed, enjoy Less Tension and improve Mental Focus in just 5 minutes a day. The resulting increased productivity ain't too shabby either.
I love live instruction. Whether it's yoga at a corporate retreat, a pre-meeting guided relaxation (great before strategic planning), girls night in or a sports team or association, guiding small groups in breath-work, meditation yoga, or Ayurvedic lifestyle is one of my favorite things to do.
