RISE & SHINE CLASSES

My intention with Rise & Shine Yoga is to help us release anxiety stored in the body as tension, fatigue and brain fog. After each 30 minute morning class you will feel energized, clear minded and powerful so you can carry that energy into the rest of your day, and shine in on everyone you interact with.
