My intention with Rise & Shine Yoga is to help you release anxiety stored in the body as tension, fatigue, and brain fog in a condensed format to accommodate busy schedules with little time for self-care.


Designed for the busy professional, each 30-minute morning class will leave you will feeling energized, clear-minded, and powerful.


You will step into your day with intention which affects everyone around you; from your clients, patients, or business partners to your children, spouse, and friends. 

You don't need any experience. 

You can leave your camera off and join in your jammies.After your first class there is no need to pre-register, just jump on when you can.

Tuesday & Thursday classes are higher intensity.

Friday's class is gentle stretching and mantra meditation.

If you are looking for private yoga instruction for yourself, work team or group I'd love to curate a custom set of lessons based on your intentions and needs.  With a trauma informed approach, instruction is invitational and designed to meet each student where they are at in their physical, energetic and mental capacity on that given day.  All instruction leverages a deep understanding of and personal experience with chronic physical and mental health conditions
