About Rise & Shine Yoga Classes

If are looking to get energized for your day join me for 30 minutes Tuesday, Thursday & Friday mornings at 6:30-7:00 AM PST.

 

My intention with Rise & Shine Yoga is to help students release lethargy, tension and energy stagnation that build up in the body as a result of life responsibilities, stresses & past traumas.

 

At the end of class you will feel energized, clear minded and powerful so you can carry that energy into the rest of your day, and shine your light on everyone you interact with. ​

Tuesday and Thursdays expect high intensity. The classes incorporate Vinyasa flow and Yoga Shred movements that are joint friendly options to HIIT as well as stretching.  

On Fridays we slow down and mindfully release the week through gentle stretching and 5- 10 minutes of guided meditation at the end of class. There is no experience necessary and modifications are offered.  

 

Please note this is a zoom class and it is your option to have your camera on or off (most students have cameras off since many of us have just rolled out of bed).

 

Your first class is free to try just select Pay Now then Pay in Person at checkout. After that it is $10 to drop in a class or $45 for an unlimited monthly Rise & Shine Yoga Membership which includes a bonus free access to the Take 5 Stretch & Breath Break library.
