Living the Question in 2026

In 2021, one of my meditation teachers—I believe it was either Deepak Chopra, challenged me to "live the question."
It's like many wisdom teachings: a seed planted deep, sometimes taking years to break through the soil. After five years of self-work and expansion, it finally emerged a few days before 2025 ended.
The message came after meditation, clear and undeniable:

How does this serve love?
That's the question I'm being called to ask at every choice point—
Before I snap back at my husband, how does this serve love? Before pouring that glass of wine, how does this serve love?
Before committing to a yes when my body is screaming no, how does this serve love?
We make 35,000 decisions daily—most on autopilot, many in survival mode, some out of old wounds we haven't healed yet.
What if we brought just one a day into the light?
Mindfulness isn't new. Conscious choice-making isn't new. But this personal commitment is. A few day in, I've already forgotten it. Remembered it, Forgotten again. I've watched it shift my interactions, soften my edges, expose my patterns and allow my intuition to lead.
In my work with clients, this sacred witness is translating to deeper transformation—more value, fuller presence, and the kind of gentle accountability that creates lasting behavior change.
So here's my question for you: If you were to live one question this year, what would it be?
And if you're ready for guidance on your own journey of behavior change and personal evolution, I'm here. Whether through hypnosis to rewire old patterns or holistic health coaching to support sustainable transformation, Take 5 offers the space and tools to help you show up differently—for yourself and everyone you love.
