Is it like therapy?
No. Therapy processes the past. Holistic health coaching focuses on behavior change, lifestyle foundations, and the present-to-future transformation. Many clients do both.
What if I don't have a specific goal?
“Something needs to shift, but I don’t know what” is a perfect place to start. We uncover the deeper wisdom together.

How much does it cost?
$2,000 for 12 private 1:1 sessions + full Take 5 Studio membership — one of the most comprehensive, value-rich coaching packages available in Fresno and online. Payment plans are available.
