I know what it feels like to numb with food, wine, and overworking — and what it takes to find your way back.

When stress took a serious toll on my health and happiness, I discovered something that changed everything: five intentional minutes can make a profound difference.

Rooted in Training, Refined in Practice

As a Chopra-Certified Well-Being Coach, Meditation & Yoga Teacher (ERYT), Breath Coach, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Educator and a former stress case myself, I founded Take 5, LLC to share the evidence-based tools that helped me reclaim my focus, energy, and self-compassion.  My work brings together corporate acumen, clinical experience (including work in outpatient behavioral health and with chronic pain clients), and ancient wisdom — all translated into practical, accessible strategies that support nervous system regulation and real-world resilience.

Whether I’m leading a mindful tasting, teaching a micro-practice for stress relief, or designing a custom wellness program for an entire organization, my mission is the same:.
