What began as my personal search for balance became a professional calling. I’ve trained with world-renowned teachers including Deepak Chopra (mindfulness, Ayurveda, holistic coaching) and Paul McKenna (clinical hypnotherapy). Today, I blend those evidence-based mind-body practices with decades of real-world leadership experience to help individuals and organizations cultivate clarity, resilience, and wellbeing.

As a Fresno-based hypnotherapist, holistic health coach, and workplace-wellness educator, my work bridges science and spirituality. Whether through one-on-one hypnotherapy, personalized health-coaching programs, or corporate workshops, every Take 5 experience is built around the same framework:
