About your Instructor
I help working parents with high stress jobs, and little time for themselves find their capacity to heal by taking their power back from anxiety. Starting with just 5 minutes a day.
In addition to the Take 5 Stretch & Breath Breaks, I offer private instruction for both groups and individuals.
Together we’ll discover your unique roadmap to well being so you can free yourself from chronic tension, insomnia, irritability or restlessness, digestive issues or brain fog, or in any other way anxiety shows up in your life.
I customize sessions for each client based on their specific goals as well as any health challenges and time constraints.
I harvest the fruits of my certification program learnings; Chopra Meditation & Health Instructor, Breath Coach, and RYT200 Yoga Instructor, as well as special areas of study including Yoga for Mental Health, Polyvagal Theory, Nervous System and Brain Health. I have so much gratitude for my teachers and how they have helped me on my healing journey.
I also leverage my business degree and life experience; 20 years of juggling a technology career while raising a family, caring for aging parents, and a chronic health condition.
I take my own medicine and practice what I preach.
I personally use the methods I share daily to manage symptoms of Dysautonomia, Degenerative Discs, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
